Job Description
• Lead the ideation, research, design, development and launch of customer-centric products
• Identify market opportunities and establish a shared product vision and strategy for your product area
• Build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners (Marketing, Operations, Business Development, Compliance, etc.) and Leadership/Executive team
• Come up with a product road map and rally other people to join your cause to • realize your product vision
• You are expected to be able to prototype your vision to convince others if necessary
• Maintain a highly prioritized product backlog based on business & customer impact
• Measuring what matters and improving it. Define and analyze metrics that inform product success & health
• Mitigate risk around product development
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in related field is required
• Knowledge of agile method and framework (Scrum, Kanban, XP and etc)
• Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices
• Familiar with common development practice, service oriented and agile practice
• Have experience with corporate culture companies or multinational companies
• Experience managing teams using collaboration tools would be a bonus!
