The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.
Responsibilities
The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Lead the ideation, research, design, development and launch of customer-centric products Identify market opportunities and establish a shared product vision and strategy for your product area Build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners (Marketing, Operations, Business Development, Compliance, etc.) and Leadership/Executive team Come up with a product road map and rally other people to join your cause to realize your product vision. You are expected to be able to prototype your vision to convince others if necessary Maintain a highly prioritized product backlog based on business & customer impact Measuring what matters and improving it. Define and analyze metrics that inform product success & health Mitigate risk around product development
